LaRiviere, Inc. is seeking skilled civil construction project superintendents for heavy civil work in the Lewiston, Idaho area. This field-position role requires planning, scheduling, and safety oversight across multiple sites in the Lewiston/Clarkston region.

You will lead teams, monitor equipment, and ensure proper recordkeeping. Strong leadership and 7 years of heavy equipment operation experience are expected, with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to job sites.

Qualifikationen

• Heavy equipment operating experience: 7 years.
• 5 years leadership experience on heavy highway construction projects.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a variety of construction heavy equipment.
• Must have reliable transportation to area job sites.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to report to work on time.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to read plans.
• Act as a management representative with customers, subcontractors, municipalities, etc.

Aufgaben

• Plan workflow for most efficient use of resources.
• Schedule manpower and equipment.
• Plan for and oversee safety compliance on all jobs. Collaborate with safety director.
• Train personnel on safe work practices.
• Ability to operate construction heavy equipment proficiently and safely.
• Assist with manual labor activities as necessary.
• Work safely around moving machinery in all weather conditions.
• Report hours and job duties on daily timecards.
• Enter time and equipment usage records into Bid2Win.
