Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the Bown Crossing Health Plaza, including Family Medicine, Urgent Care, and Sports Medicine clinics. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and partner with the Medical Director to implement policies and drive service excellence.

The role is fully in-person, with a focus on operations, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare field with eight+ years of related experience.
• Two years of supervisor/manager experience.
• Active driving privileges.
• In-person, on-site role; no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow functions, outcomes, customer satisfaction, and quality measures.
• Meet financial and other objectives in cooperation with medical group leadership.
• Lead operations across clinics and supervise staff including providers and support roles.
• Manage provider relationships and liaise with the Medical Director.
• Ensure adherence to policies, protocols, and administrative processes.

The Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is now hiring for a compassionate and collaborative Practice Manager for our Bown Crossing Health Plaza located in East Boise!

Position Summary & Highlights:

As the Practice Manager, you will oversee the operations of the Bown Crossing Health Plaza including the Family Medicine, Urgent Care, and Sports Medicine clinics including managing providers. This position oversees a Lead RN, 7 Physicians/APPs, 6 MAs, 1 RN, 1 Lead Patient Service Rep and 3 Patient Service Representatives. You would have a dyad relationship with the Medical Director and will be responsible in carrying out policies, protocols, etc., under their lead. This is a fully in-person position and will not work remotely.

An ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of ambulatory practice and operations and customer requirements. You will have strong collaboration skills, solid analytical skills, and a great deal of self-initiative.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess knowledge normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare related field, with eight (8) or more years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years supervisor/manager experience required.
• Must have active driving privileges.
• If, during the course of employment, driving privileges change or colleague receives a driving citation, the colleague is required to notify their supervisor and/or HR.
