Quoris, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Leader / Healthcare Technology Strategist to drive a technical discovery effort across Hawaii's physician networks. The role centers on translating practice-level findings into a pragmatic technology strategy, interfacing with executive leadership and a clinical program lead.

The ideal candidate has deep ambulatory healthcare tech experience, cross-platform EHR fluency, and credibility with independent physicians.

Qualificações

• Senior ownership of ambulatory healthcare technology initiatives.
• Cross-platform EHR fluency including certification, workflows, interfaces.
• Strong interoperability judgment including HL7/FHIR, data quality, privacy & security.
• Ability to make build-versus-leverage decisions in resource-constrained settings.
• Credibility with physicians and practice owners without relying on formal authority.
• Familiarity with Hawaii healthcare organizations or local health networks.
• Ability to design assessment methodologies and present options clearly to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery across independent physician practices and health organizations.
• Inventory EHR platforms, versions, certification status, and connectivity.
• Map care workflows and data exchange against staff capacity and vendor dependencies.
• Assess interoperability options before recommending new infrastructure.
• Design phased assessment methodology and coach teams on execution.
• Build credibility with practice owners through practical conversations.
• Synthesize findings into a cohesive technology and data strategy.
• Present readiness findings, gaps, risks, and next steps to leadership.
• Partner with executive and clinical leads to align technical workstreams.
