Quoris, LLC is seeking a Healthcare Compliance Assessment Program Manager / Consultant to support compliance leadership in structuring and executing practice assessments across a physician network in Hawaii. The role focuses on scheduling, evidence gathering, issue logging, and status reporting, escalating regulatory interpretation questions to client leadership as needed.

The engagement is 9 months long, with ASAP start and a potential shift between program management and hands-on assessment.

Qualifications

• We have experience in healthcare compliance assessment or program management in ambulatory/physician settings.
• Ability to organize schedules, trackers, issue logs, and documentation across multiple sites.
• Strong written and verbal communication for status reporting to operational and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Structure and schedule practice compliance assessments across physician practices.
• Maintain accurate status logs and issue registers across multiple sites.
• Coordinate evidence gathering and documentation for leadership review.
• Prepare clear status summaries and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Escalate regulatory interpretation questions to client leadership rather than resolving them independently.
• Communicate with practice managers to facilitate scheduling and information gathering.
• Identify scheduling risks or documentation gaps and flag them proactively.
• Adapt as the engagement scope evolves toward PM, hands-on assessment, or a hybrid.
