Job summary

Quadlight Corp seeks a Healthcare Business Analyst with strong Medicare knowledge to join our team. The role focuses on eligibility file processing, system configuration, and process automation, with a weekly onsite requirement for local candidates in Charlotte, NC.

The analyst will collaborate across technical, operations and client teams to gather, document, and validate requirements, design UX-informed solutions, and ensure regulatory alignment in government healthcare insurance.

Qualifications

Experience with Medicare MA, MAPD and PDP programs.
Experience with employer group plans and eligibility workflows.
Ability to write detailed system configuration requirements and specifications.
Proven ability to collaborate with technical, operations and client teams.

Responsibilities

Operational Analysis: study business functions to define objectives and formats.
Modeling: participate in data, process and solution modeling activities.
System Design: document software solutions, diagrams and specifications.
System Improvement: design modifications to improve current practices.
Controls and Procedures: propose and document improved procedures.
Testing & Documentation: develop tests and maintain user guides.
Technical Reporting: collect and summarize information and trends.
Root Cause Analysis: identify issues and articulate business needs.
Industry Awareness: stay updated on government healthcare insurance trends.
