The role demands OSHPD/HCAI experience, strong analytical skills, and leadership of project teams. Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, a PE license, and advanced software proficiency in ETABS, RAM, SAFE, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience in building design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license recognized by the licensing board.
• Experience with OSHPD/HCAI projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert with authority in structural engineering for projects.
• Plan, develop and supervise design activities for healthcare projects.
• Lead medium to large staff and supervise professionals and technicians.
• Possess strong analytical skills including dynamic and non-linear analysis.
• Serve as Project Manager on larger projects when appropriate.
