BayCare Health System in Clearwater, FL seeks a Strategic Planning Manager to lead and facilitate strategic planning initiatives across BayCare’s hospitals and service lines. You will design project plans, analyze market data, and support business development and joint venture assessments.

The role requires strong facilitation, analytics, and ability to manage multiple workstreams, with opportunities to mentor staff and influence strategic decisions within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 5+ years in strategic planning in multi-hospital systems.
• Master’s degree is preferred with 3+ years in strategic planning; 7+ years preferred.
• Strong facilitation, analytical, and regulatory knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of project plans for strategic initiatives with multiple workstreams.
• Analyze market/population data and synthesize insights to drive decisions.
• Support business development and geographic footprint studies for care continuum.
• Contribute to joint venture/acquisition studies and manpower analyses.
• Monitor regulatory activities and support community health needs assessments.
• Train, supervise and mentor team members; uphold BayCare strategic competencies.
