Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience in Security or related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience as a manager/supervisor in security or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Executive Protection, Healthcare Investigations and Special Event Security.
• Knowledge of Criminal Investigation and Penal & Civil Law; strong management skills.
• Knowledge of Computers and Fire Safety; familiarity with hospital security systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sergeants and security officers; manage schedules, post assignments, and staff wellbeing.
• Develop and implement security programs; assist in budgeting and administration.
• Ensure adherence to investigation protocols; coordinate with local/state/national agencies.
• Oversee CCTV, access control, and alarm systems; ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Lead staff training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Prepare and review incident and shift reports; maintain records for regulatory purposes.
