Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a seasoned Security Manager to oversee daily security operations at our facility. You will develop and enforce security procedures, liaise with all departments on measures, and monitor investigations and budgets. The role requires leadership, risk assessment, and strong communication in a high‑stakes environment.

Preferred 5+ years in related field and 2+ years of leadership. High School grad required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily operations of the security department.
• Develops and enforces security procedures and regulations.
• Acts as a liaison to all departments on security measures, procedures, and needs.
• Monitors and follows up on complaints and investigations.
• Assigns responsibilities and tasks to support department function.
• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and policies/procedures.
• Prepares to exhibit oversight of emergency management plans.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
