• 5+ years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience.
• Experience in home health, home care, hospice, private duty nursing, or healthcare staffing preferred.
• Proven ability to hire nurses, therapists, CNAs, HHAs, or other healthcare professionals.
• Strong relationship-building and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for healthcare roles and leadership positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through boards, referrals, schools, and partnerships.
• Screen, interview, extend offers, and coordinate pre-employment steps efficiently.
• Develop creative strategies to attract healthcare professionals in the DFW market.
• Track pipeline activity, open positions, hires, starts, and recruiting performance.
