Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare agency recruiting experience.
• Proven success placing allied, nursing, or locum tenens professionals.
• Strong understanding of healthcare staffing workflows and urgency.
• Ability to meet or exceed performance metrics in a staffing environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare professionals.
• Source, screen, and place candidates across travel, local, and permanent roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals to understand career goals and match opportunities.
• Partner closely with account managers and sales teams to fulfill client needs quickly and effectively.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruiting KPIs (submittals, placements, revenue, etc.).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Stay informed on industry trends, pay packages, and market conditions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through placement.
