Job summary

Hammes is seeking a Senior Project Executive to take a leadership role in executing healthcare projects across the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management and a deep understanding of the healthcare real estate development process.

The role includes directing feasibility studies, A/E and consultant negotiations, budget and schedule adherence, and construction administration in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required; 8+ years of healthcare project management experience.
• Strong planning, design, preconstruction, contract negotiations, cost control, scheduling and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with executive level clients.
• Proven ability to manage complex healthcare projects from feasibility to construction and occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project feasibility analysis and visioning with client leadership.
• Lead A/E qualification, selection and contract negotiations; coordinate with consultants.
• Develop and manage detailed development budgets and schedules; monitor cost controls.
• Provide construction administration in line with firm policies; review change orders and site progress.
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations for clients and governance committees.
