Job summary

Hammes is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead healthcare projects from development through construction, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and client goals. The role requires deep experience in planning, design, preconstruction, and contract negotiations, with strong leadership and communication skills.

You will manage budgets, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure effective PM practices across the project lifecycle in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred; 8+ years healthcare PM experience.
• Lead planning, design, preconstruction, contract negotiations, cost control and scheduling.
• Excellent budgeting, negotiations, and scheduling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; E-Builder experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads A/E qualification, selection and contract negotiations.
• Leads consultant qualification and contract negotiations.
• Reviews, negotiates and approves A/E and consultant change orders.
• Provides design direction and manages the design process.
• Reviews design development and construction documents for adequacy.
• Leads GC or CM qualifications, selection and contract negotiations.
• Monitors pricing, contingencies and general conditions.
• Provides construction administration per company procedures.
