Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive healthcare project management experience.
• Strong leadership and performance in planning, design, preconstruction, and cost control.
• Excellent budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to interact with executives.

Responsibilities

• Assists partners, planners and associates in project feasibility analysis.
• Leads A/E qualification, selection and contract negotiations.
• Leads consultant team selection and contracts.
• Reviews and negotiates change orders and contingencies.
• Provides project cost control and monthly reporting.
