Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare analytics, BI, or operational performance preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic EHR reporting is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare financial reporting and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support executive priorities and prepare agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate meetings, workgroups, and governance activities.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and communication plans.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to leadership.
• Perform financial analyses and ROI evaluations for programs.
