Job summary

Dewberry seeks a Senior Project Manager in Healthcare to serve as the primary liaison between our team and the client, managing projects from concept through construction administration. You will leverage healthcare credentials and regional market knowledge to develop relationships and win future healthcare projects.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure design documents meet client needs and standards, and coordinate with design discipline managers to schedule staff and tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) with 15+ years of experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable of healthcare plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems with knowledge of codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain primary one-to-one contact with the client.
• Draft proposals for new projects and track through award of project.
• Lead, organize, and schedule design team staff; coordinate with discipline managers.
• Provide quality control to ensure client needs and requirements are met.
• Coordinate the responses to reviews and ensure drawings reflect decisions.
