Job summary

HMC Architects is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with Healthcare project leadership in our San Diego, CA office. You will plan, coordinate, and administer major projects through all phases, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure contract requirements are met.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in architectural project management, an Architecture degree, advanced Revit skills, and a proven ability to lead teams from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Architectural degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project management.
• Advanced Revit proficiency; familiarity with Bluebeam and BIM 360.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects through all phases with strong communication and delegation.
• Champion sustainable design principles and adhere to design standards.
• Mentor staff and monitor project profitability, including revenue and utilization.
• Serve as primary client contact and develop workplans, schedules, and resources.
• Oversee consultant coordination and ensure contract quality.
