Suffolk Construction in San Francisco seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead project administration, budgets, and risk management. This role oversees trade partner agreements, purchase orders, and team progress against the project plan.

Responsibilities include budget updates, change order management, project close-out, owner requisition process, cash management, and meeting management. Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of experience required; on-site leadership in SF. Benefits included.

• Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience relative to project size and scope.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Strong contract administration and change order management.

Responsabilidades

• Budget updates and forecast of cost-to-complete with exposure analysis.
• Coordinate the use of Oracle with Expedition for exposures.
• Track costs of field directives and back charges for forecasting.
• Develop detailed analyses of line-item exposures in contracts.
• Lead project close-out planning and documentation.
• Manage owner/ subcontractor change orders and approvals.
