You will work with clients and the project team to translate concepts into constructible systems and documentation from schematic design through construction administration.

The role demands 15+ years in architecture, fluency in Revit, a professional degree, and licensure; LEED accreditation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of architectural experience with project delivery.
• Fluency in Revit and strong documentation skills.
• Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and licensure.
• LEED or sustainability accreditation preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relations.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as projects require.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and delivery for a variety of projects from concept to construction.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop objectives and options.
• Translate design concepts into workable construction systems and details.
• Prepare documentation and deliverables through construction administration.
• Maintain project records across phases and coordinate consultants.
• Provide direction, mentorship, and participate in marketing efforts when needed.
