Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree is required; master's preferred.
• 8+ years of healthcare architecture, interior design, or planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare design standards, codes, and best practices.
• Professional licensure/certification such as AIA/RA, NCIDQ, LEED AP is a plus.

• Lead architectural, interior design and planning efforts for complex healthcare projects.
• Translate client goals and regulatory requirements into functional care environments.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Provide design leadership for projects from programming to documentation.
• Lead programming, space planning, adjacencies, and design development.
• Integrate patient and staff experience into planning decisions, including finishes.
