Moody Nolan is seeking a licensed architect with healthcare project experience to serve as the technical lead across design and construction. You will coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty consultants to ensure accurate construction documents and adherence to design intent.
You will mentor junior staff, manage complex design challenges, and oversee QA/QC while coordinating with project managers to meet milestones and regulatory requirements.
This role is responsible for coordinating project documentation, leading technical development, integrating consultant work, and ensuring projects are delivered with a high level of quality, constructability, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare design and technical experience, a thorough understanding of healthcare codes and building systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, medical planners, consultants, and clients. This individual serves as the technical lead throughout project delivery, ensuring design intent is maintained while supporting efficient project execution and successful construction outcomes.

Starting salary: $95,000 (The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and office location.)
