Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementations for self-funded new business clients, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will lead planning, define deliverables, manage milestones, monitor budgets, and drive risk mitigation.

The role requires 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience and strong problem-solving. Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Aetna-related organizations

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience with direct client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess risks and drive resolutions.
• Proven execution and delivery across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Aetna organizations or healthcare products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables and assign team resources.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and report progress to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects, adjust priorities and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Coach junior colleagues on project management methods and processes.
