Job summary

Shepley Bulfinch is seeking a Senior Healthcare Project Manager in Phoenix to lead projects from planning through construction administration. The role emphasizes managing a team of 3–5, developing staffing, budgets, and schedules, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will guide the internal production of architectural drawings, coordinate with clients, and lead meetings during construction administration. A strong healthcare design background and Revit proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects.
• Prior healthcare facility design experience.
• Registered architect preferred (licensure pursued acceptable).
• Proficiency in healthcare regulations and codes.
• Experience reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and revising documents in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in internal production and delivery of architectural drawings.
• Interface with clients and lead meetings during construction administration.
• Establish project workplans (staffing, budget, schedule) and manage contractual, financial, and cost-control responsibilities.
