Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Atlanta to lead execution for mid-size to large projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety. You will mentor project teams, manage complex issues, and drive strategic improvements with client and trade partners.

Responsibilities include financial oversight, risk management, and preserving strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while upholding DPR's safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field; equivalent experience.
• Experience leading mid-size to large projects with strong financial and safety focus.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; required within 6 months if hired.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple mid-size projects or a large project with accountability for outcomes.
• Guide project managers and teams on complex execution challenges and decisions.
• Escalate significant risks, client concerns, and contractual matters as primary point of contact.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, cost controls, contracts, and risk management strategies.
• Mentor leaders, foster client and trade-partner relationships, and support continuous improvement.
