Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Act as an Owners Representative with direct client facing responsibilities.
• Responsible for onsite quality assurance of contractor work.
• Conduct project meetings and provide documentation.
