We are excited to announce a career opportunity for which we are seeking expressions of interest from qualified candidates who wish to be considered for the Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare role in Austin, TX. As a Senior Project Management Professional, you’ll be responsible for the management of various subcontractors, process improvement activities, training and day-to-day leadership of all PMCM staff aligned to this client group. Duties will include weekly and monthly reporting, establishment of PMCM best practices, schedule management, change management and executive reporting. The CM duties will also include overall project delivery (cost, schedule, budget, quality, and contract negotiation) on multiple project assignments and will manage project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. We’ll look to you to manage all budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documents, procedures and controls for a new healthcare campus. You’ll manage the review and approval process for consultant invoices and contractor pay applications as well as change orders and coordinate with Control Manager for proper posting in the reporting program.
As the PM Professional, you’ll manage and resolve complex design and construction related issues, disputes, and disagreements; and review status and monitor variances of the construction project database relative to scheduling and cost control reporting. Additionally, you’ll attend assigned meetings, conduct chartering engagements, integrate and communicate with all stakeholders, develop and hold weekly job progress meetings with staff and document performance as necessary.

The base salary range for this position is $144,600.00 to $200,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
