Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Healthcare Program Director based at the Texas Medical Center in Houston.

You will manage a hospital program from design through completion, aligning scope, schedule, and budget with client objectives and regulatory standards. You will lead design and construction teams, coordinate with executives, architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensure life safety, infection control, and project milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
• 10+ years of healthcare design and construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of pre-design, pre-construction, construction management, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program governance, multi-year capital budgets, cash flow projections, master schedules, and PMP/PEP development.
• Coordinate hospital executives, clinical user groups, architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities.
• Manage design and construction of inpatient towers, fast-track procurement, and long-lead MEP equipment with strict health standards.
