Qualifikationen

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of architectural experience, including 7+ years healthcare planning.
• Experience leading programming, master planning, and functional planning for healthcare facilities.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare codes, guidelines, and regulatory requirements (FGI, CMS, NFPA 101).
• Ability to translate clinical operations and patient volumes into space programs and plans.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; working knowledge of Bluebeam, Adobe CS, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Leadership, mentorship, and client relationship abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead programming, master planning, and functional planning for healthcare projects from concept to design.
• Facilitate user group meetings, visioning sessions, and workshops with clinicians and facility leaders.
• Translate clinical operations and departmental needs into space programs and layouts.
• Develop floor plans, room layouts, interior elevations, and equipment plans for clinical spaces.
• Provide planning expertise and guidance to project teams and healthcare practice.
• Ensure designs meet codes, guidelines, and licensing requirements; support regulatory review.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants to integrate clinical and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with design leads to align planning with the overall design vision.
• Maintain program documentation and budget tracking; mentor junior staff.
• Support business development through proposals and client interviews.
