Job summary

Blue Shield of California is seeking a Senior Product/Implementation Analyst within the Custom Product Consultant team. You will design employer group plans, prepare documents for RFPs, renewals, and new implementations, and act as a subject matter expert for benefit offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED with 4 years of additional relevant experience required.
• 5 years of prior relevant experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employer group health plans, benefits, federal and state mandates, and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create plan designs and plan documents for RFPs, renewals, and new implementations.
• Provide expert support on Blue Shield of California's benefit offerings to stakeholders.
• Prepare custom employer group plan selections and member documents in the product platform system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business metrics and production needs.
