Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a senior Solution Architect with deep healthcare payer domain experience to lead end-to-end solution design. You will define architecture across Member, Case, Eligibility, Claims and Financial functions, leveraging PEGA, Java/ReactJS/NodeJS, and Azure cloud while guiding on-prem to cloud integration in hybrid environments.

You will own technology strategy, drive architecture governance, and communicate complex designs clearly to stakeholders,

Qualifications

12+ years of enterprise architecture and solution delivery experience.
Experience with SAFe methodology and large-scale programs.
PEGA LSA Certification or equivalent Pega leadership credentials.
8+ years delivering enterprise PEGA solutions for Healthcare.
Expert level skills in architecting end-to-end healthcare payer solutions.
Broad experience with front-end, middleware, APIs, data integration, and cloud.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end solution architecture across Member/Case/Eligibility/Claims/Financial Management domains.
Lead architecture governance, design patterns, and PoCs to support cloud migration and modernization.
Collaborate with EA group and Delta Dental culture to share knowledge and drive governance.
