Blue Cross NC is hiring a Senior Business Operations Advisor to provide advanced analytics for SHP Clinical Operations, translating data into actionable insights and leadership-ready reporting. You will own performance measures and dashboards, partnering with technical teams to deliver tools that monitor organizational performance.

You will build budgets, forecasts, and workforce plans, while advising on staffing and capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights and leadership-ready reporting.
• Own and maintain workforce plan, staffing model, and capacity planning.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Define reporting needs, business rules, targets, and drill-down requirements for dashboards.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and clinical leaders to interpret results and drive actions.
• Coordinate vendor performance management and reporting requirements.
• Develop monthly operating reviews, scorecards, and scenario analyses.
