Responsibilities

• Promotes operational excellence and business growth across the hospital.
• Manage deployment of the hospital operating system with strategy, KPIs, project plans, visuals and huddles.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to improve performance and manage initiatives for business growth.
• Lead special projects including operationalization of new technologies and processes, business modeling, program and process development, stakeholder collaboration, lean design, and integrating performance improvement projects.
