RCM Technologies, Inc. seeks a visionary Master Data & Data Integrations Lead Consultant to architect and govern the patient data framework powering our next‑generation Patient CRM ecosystem.

You will lead CRM data modeling, identity resolution, and master data governance across patient, provider, payer, product, and site domains. In this enterprise role, collaborate with data engineering, privacy, and analytics teams to build a scalable, compliant data foundation, define ingestion/enrichment

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Master Data Management, data architecture, and migrations within Healthcare or Life Sciences.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud and enterprise MDM platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Deep familiarity with Patient Services, Hub Operations, Specialty Pharmacies, and Patient Support Programs.
• Strong regulatory fluency in HIPAA, PHI governance, and patient consent frameworks.

• Architect and govern the end-to-end patient data framework powering the CRM ecosystem.
• Lead CRM data modeling, identity resolution, and master data governance across domains.
• Partner with data engineering, privacy, and analytics teams to ensure scalability and compliance.
