Job summary

Wealthy Group of Companies LLC in Baltimore seeks a Healthcare Marketer / Liaison to drive referrals and occupancy for two post-acute communities. You will build partnerships with hospitals and physicians, guide families through admissions, and support rapid bed placement.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare marketing or admissions, strong relationship skills, and CRM/EHR proficiency. Bachelor’s degree preferred; base salary and incentive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of healthcare marketing, community liaison, or admissions experience in skilled nursing, subacute rehab, or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for census objectives.
• Establish and nurture referral pipelines with hospital discharge planners, case managers, and physician groups.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective residents and families through intake and admissions.
• Conduct on-site patient assessments and pre-admission screenings at partner hospitals.
• Collaborate with admissions, nursing, and clinical leadership for rapid bed placement.
