Job summary

UPS Healthcare is seeking a highly accomplished operations leader to direct complex healthcare logistics and distribution across a multi-site network. The role serves as the senior operational leader responsible for customer success, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and growth across healthcare distribution facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, distribution, or healthcare logistics.
• Experience leading large-scale distribution and multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations across up to 13 facilities with 20+ customers, 40 management staff, and 500 hourly employees.
• Develops and monitors operational strategy to drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
• Ensures operations meet service level agreements and represents UPS in performance reviews with customers.
• Monitors monthly financial performance and provides guidance for revenue growth, cost containment, and margins.
• Oversees quality control and identifies areas for operational improvement.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, Engineering, Quality, and Transportation for new business and network optimization.
• Leads training, development, and succession planning for team members.
