UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. seeks a senior operations leader to direct healthcare logistics and distribution across a multi-site network in the United States.

The role drives customer success, regulatory compliance, profitability, and growth with cross-functional collaboration. You will champion continuous improvement, build high-performing teams, and deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions across Sales, Engineering, Quality, Transportation, and Operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain, healthcare logistics, manufacturing, or related operations.
• Experience leading large-scale distribution and logistics operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple facilities and operational sites.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for developing and leading large teams.
• Healthcare logistics or supply chain experience required

• Direct complex healthcare logistics and distribution operations across a multi-site network.
• Lead senior operational leadership to drive customer success, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and business growth.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Transportation, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.
• Monitor financial performance and provide guidance for revenue growth, cost containment, and target margins.
• Oversee training, performance, development, and succession planning of team members.
