Job summary

Griffin Health is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to analyze, design, implement and maintain information systems. You will work closely with clinical and administrative departments as well as interface analysts and developers to optimize workflows and support IT projects.

5+ years of IT/healthcare experience.
Healthcare setting experience highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Improve organizational processes by designing and implementing new IT systems.
Supervise upgrades or installations of new systems.
Define and analyze system problems; design and test standards and solutions.
Provide support for software applications and IT projects.
Work with interface analysts to optimize department workflows.
Partner with clinical and financial departments (Billing/AR, AP, Registration, Radiology, HIM, Scheduling, Materials).
Manage multiple projects across hospital departments.
Assist with basic report writing and collaborate with developers for complex requests.
Provide on-call support for system issues.
