Jobot is seeking a Sr PM consultant for healthcare IT EPMO demand management in Los Angeles, CA. The role is remote with some onsite travel and offers W2 or C2C arrangements.

You will lead enterprise-wide technology requests, collaborating with executives, clinicians, and cross-functional partners to prioritize and govern demand while ensuring value, cost estimates, risks, and impacts are well-documented.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare IT project management experience.
• Solid PM background in hospital or health system IT environments.
• Experience budgeting and accounting knowledge (CapEx vs OpEx).
• Proven ability to communicate a vision and gain buy-in at executive level.
• Experience with requirements definition and validation.
• Management of RAID logs and issue resolution across stakeholders.
• Experience with executive-level communications: creating and presenting materials.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote workforce environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead evaluating and prioritizing technology opportunities across the enterprise.
• Act as central point of contact for new project submissions and requests.
• Document business needs, value, costs, impacts, and risks for projects.
• Define scope/objectives with an understanding of business systems and requirements.
• Facilitate priority scoring with governance committee using strategic models.
• Coordinate reviews to approve, defer, or reject projects.
• Maintain demand lifecycle visibility using ServiceNow.
• Directly manage project scope, schedule, budget, and benefits.
