Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited, Dallas, TX, is seeking an Operations Leader to own the day-to-day delivery across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, network, end user services and field services for a large US healthcare client. You will drive SIAM-driven integration and ensure all contractual SLAs, KPIs, and obligations are tracked, reported, and defended.

Based in Dallas and embedded with client IT leadership, you will lead a matrixed team of tower delivery managers, PMO, SIAM, and demand

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT services with 8+ years leading IT operations or managed services delivery
• 5+ years experience with US healthcare provider accounts
• Proven accountability for SLA, KPI and contractual compliance across multi‑tower MSP

Responsibilities

• Own SLA/KPI and contractual compliance across a multi‑tower managed services agreement
• Lead matrixed team across onshore and global delivery centers
• Embed with client IT leadership in Dallas and manage delivery across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, network and end user services
