Job Title:Senior Healthcare IT Consultant

Location:Remote, with up to approximately 30% travel. Remote with travel to client sites nationwide. Can be based in Chicago, IL or anywhere in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage Microsoft, Oracle, and Cisco technologies to optimize healthcare IT systems.
• Source and perform utilization analyses to reduce costs and improve efficiency of healthcare organizations nationwide.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years+ proven experience in healthcare IT consulting.
• Expertise in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Office 365), Oracle systems, and Cisco networking solutions.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, project management, organizational, listening, written and oral communication skills.
• Tactful and diplomatic, with excellent listening skills.
• Ability to follow protocols, while guiding positive change or transition.
• Experience interacting with C-Suite and other high-level client executives/decision makers,
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Oracle Certified Professional, Cisco Certified Network Professional) are a plus.
• Ability to balance strategic goals with attention to detail.
