Job summary

Nordic is seeking an Senior IT Construction and Infrastructure Project Manager to lead large, multifaceted healthcare IT projects across construction lifecycles. You will collaborate with facilities, IT, and operations to align scope and timelines, and manage risks while driving on-time, on-budget delivery.

This predominantly remote role requires travel up to 50% and interaction with cross-functional teams across dispersed locations, ensuring governance and best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of healthcare construction and infrastructure project management experience.
• Experience with healthcare IT initiatives and clinical systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, multifaceted projects within schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with facilities, IT, operations, and construction stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, scope, tasks, and resource needs.
• Lead remote, geographically dispersed teams.
• Identify, mitigate risks and remove roadblocks.
• Engage third-party vendors and manage project finances and forecasting.
• Maintain project documentation and governance standards.
