Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and maintain or optimize assigned applications, solutions and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements.
• Independently provide guidance and leadership on quality assurance and testing initiatives; lead testing projects as necessary.
• Demonstrate advanced application understanding to help meet customer goals and outcomes; tackle problems using creative solutions.
• Apply advanced understanding of clinical and business operations, discuss dependencies with the project team, maintain collaborative customer relationships, and provide clear status reporting.
• Lead and evaluate process analysis, mapping current and future needs, requirements elicitation, stakeholder analysis, and specification gathering on complex projects.
• Develop strong relationships with client management; be regarded as an expert by end users.
• Contribute to strategy discussions by identifying options with pros and cons; show sound judgment.
• Adhere to organization change-control standards and ensure proper approvals, testing, and validation.
• Independently analyze, design, and configure the application; teach team members complex design.
• Coordinate with operational leaders to standardize workflows across ministries and drive efficiency.
• Coordinate code changes with vendors for financial and business applications; identify infrastructure impacts.
• Share industry best practices from vendors with operational leaders.
