Job summary
VetsEZ is seeking a Senior Healthcare Integration Engineer for a 100% remote role supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project.
The engineer will develop, configure, deploy, and support source-system interfaces, data pipelines, and exchange services across healthcare integration environments, including EHR, claims, public-health, and HIE using HL7 and FHIR standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience.
- Extensive interoperability and enterprise integration experience.
- Experience with HL7, FHIR, MLLP, and data pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, configure, deploy, and support interfaces and data pipelines.
- Evaluate requirements and maintain reliable, secure integrations.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and routing across healthcare data sources.
- Support EHR, claims, public-health, HIE, and FHIR-based integrations.
- Coordinate deployments and testing with onboarding and vendor teams.
- Maintain technical runbooks and integration artifacts.
- Take on additional project tasks as needed.
