Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare IT or clinical/workflow environment.
• Ability to read interface specifications and logs.
• Knowledge of HL7 segments and message types.
• Experience with interface development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, MLLP, SFTP, APIs.

Responsibilities

• Builds, tests, debugs, and supports healthcare interfaces.
• Provides support for Epic Bridges and Corepoint interfaces.
• Analyzes HL7 messages, logs, and error queues.
• Leads interface projects and coordinates with vendors.
• Monitors interface performance and provides go-live support.
• Documents designs, mappings, and testing scripts.
• Mentors junior analysts and ensures SLAs.
