Job summary

The Integration Project Manager SR at UVA Community Health is responsible for all aspects of assigned Medical Group projects from concept to implementation using formal project management practices.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across locations, manage change control including scope, budget, and schedule, and drive performance improvement initiatives that align with UVA Health's growth and standardization goals. Travel to multiple facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Education: 4 Year / Master’s Degree required.
• Experience: 5 years in complex project management.
• Licensure: N/A
• Experience in healthcare operations, including physician practice operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns all aspects of assigned UVA Community Health projects from concept to final implementation using formal project management practices.
• Leads multi-disciplinary teams including all levels of personnel, vendors, and clients for UVA Health solutions.
• Manages change control: scope, budget, schedule, and overall project performance.
• Drives change from the business perspective and its impact on UVA Health's culture.
• Leads performance improvement projects partnering with Medical Group operations.
• Trains MG operations team on performance improvement tools and leadership models.
