Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams including personnel, vendors, and clients from concept to implementation.
• Direct, facilitate and manage change control: scope, schedule, budget and overall performance.
• Drive change from the business perspective within UVA Health's organizational culture and growth initiatives.
• Train MG operations on performance improvement tools and replicate successful practices.
