Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience performing gap analysis, usability assessments, problem definition, HIT optimization, clinical workflow analysis.
• Experience influencing clinical leaders, providers, nurses and clinicians in decision making.
• Experience applying informatics fundamentals to impact quality and safety.
• Experience leading complex projects or initiatives with budget and outcomes.
• Experience with Cerner, Epic or other EHR vendors.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement.
• Experience cultivating relationships with executive clinical and business leaders.
• Experience managing informatics portfolios across healthcare domains.
• Registered Nurse license must be current.

• Use change management and continuous improvement in projects and day-to-day work.
