Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is a leader in healthcare food and nutrition services, serving hospitals and health systems across the country. As Senior System Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the healthcare food service operations and supporting accounting and control functions at the account level.

This role includes revenue and expense reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and monthly financial reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters degree preferred; 3–5 years of related experience in Foodservice; healthcare experience preferred.
• Able to travel within Connecticut to accounts.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, regulators, or business partners.
• Ability to present information to top management and boards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.

Responsibilities

• Compiles pro-forma and analyzes for accuracy.
• Prepares and analyzes monthly management reporting and weekly owner reports.
• Provides financial guidance to operating units on client returns, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Improves financial status by budgeting, forecasting, monitoring variances, and suggesting actions to the Director of Finance.
• Documents and maintains supporting information for financial transactions.
• Delivers accurate and timely reporting on financial activity of projects.
• Creates and maintains reports, and organizes data for required formats.
