The ideal candidate develops best practices for business analysis, highlights performance issues, and supports budgets and monthly dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, business administration or related field.
• Three years of financial, budget or cost accounting analysis experience; experience in a health care environment preferred.
• Experience managing the financial aspects of intramural and extramural grants throughout the pre‑award and post‑award lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and perform complex data analysis related to clinical or financial performance.
• Independently compile and report information to Financial Accounting, Internal Audit, Revenue Cycle, department and entity management.
• Develop and advance best practices and tools for business analysis; highlight performance issues and research solutions.
• Report statistical information in graphical and other presentation formats.
• Assist with annual operating budgets and maintenance of monthly dashboards of key indicators and external benchmarks.
• Payer reimbursement analysis and financial reconciliation when assigned.
