Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and air systems.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and non-scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Respond to dispatched maintenance calls and troubleshoot systems.
• Repair secondary utility systems, including electrical, plumbing and air systems.
• Coordinate with other services and departments as needed.
• Mentor colleagues and provide leadership to the team.
